東區（英語：Eastern District）是香港十八區之一，位於香港島區，範圍包括炮台山到小西灣，2016中人口有555,034人，西起炮台山屈臣道、怡景道，東至小西灣。 由於香港政府銳意發展東區，因此很多政府部門由中環和灣仔搬到東區辦公，加上很多中、上環跨國公司搬到太古坊新核心商業區，令東區承接了部分原本屬於中環的政治中心功能和經濟中心功能。
